		<description>The reptillan brian is exactly what we need to be aware of. Some signs this is influencing our decision making and action are survival orientation (body tension), sense of dread or doom, defensiveness, humorless attitude, and insistance on being heard. On the opposite side of the equation, we know we are coming from a place of internal wisdom when we have compassion towards ourself and others, can find humor in ourselves and the situation, are grenerous, spacious, and have a sense that all is well in our lives. As we raise our self-awarenes, we kick open the door to understanding how we are showing up in the world. Thanks for your comment Barbara.</description>

		<description>I would agree, David, that resistance is an opportunity to learn.  Brain science tells us that when something  new comes toward us the reptilian brain kicks us into fear.  To examine the resistance may take time, time for the brain to gradually look at what is stopping us.  Embrace the resistance, it&#039;s gong to happen and it&#039;s a great teacher.</description>
