Founder’s Bio

David McGraw is the Founder and Social Architect at We Vivify.  He is a professional coach with 20 years of real-world experience across a broad array of small-to-large sized companies.

Prior to becoming a coach, David spent most of his career working in small tactical teams focused on diagnosing complex situations and developing easy to implement cost-effective solutions. He is a big picture thinker with extensive experience in building relationships, structuring mutually beneficial partnerships, team building, and motivating individuals to expand their perspective beyond themselves into the community at large.

A few years ago, David started McGraw Consulting Group (“MCG”) to provide strategic planning and business coaching services to individuals, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and small business management teams.  MCG focuses on helping organizations bring clarity and focus to what is most important to them, maximize their ability to respond to situations their current resources, while transforming their capabilities and cultures through innovative thinking.

His core values include integrity, freedom, humility, gratitude, speaking and listening from the heart. He is motivated by the desire to make a difference in the world and a difference for people who put faith in his abilities.

David formally began coaching individuals and entrepreneurs in 2007.  He completed his educational coaching course work with Newfield in 2009 and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

While David loves his work, it is not the most important thing in his life. His wife and 3 boys hold that distinction.  David and Anne recently celebrated 20 years of commitment to each other. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing, ice hockey, golf, being outdoors, and spending time learning more about the world we live in.
